Before you start This registration, together with your health questionnaire, will be reviewed by Gabriel Lesquoy. It remains “pending” until he validates it. Only after this validation will you be offered a payment step.
Do not buy your plane ticket until you have received this validation.
Absolute contraindications: epilepsy, pregnancy, dialysis, psychiatric disorders, drug addiction (cocaine, heroin…) and active alcoholism (not yet weaned off alcohol). All other health situations (diabetes, cancer, ongoing treatment…) are assessed case by case by Gabriel, based on your health questionnaire.

Participant commitments

As a participant in the “Food Break and Living by Light” retreat at Jane's Beach Resort, I commit to: stay hydrated throughout the retreat; take no drugs, no solid or liquid food and no food supplements, unless medically prescribed; do no intensive sport (only walking, yoga, swimming, tai chi); avoid driving; avoid going into town unless necessary; tell Gabriel and the group if I decide to leave early on my own initiative; except in case of force majeure, leave the retreat only in the morning, after a night's rest and after having eaten enough again; keep taking my prescribed medication; not give individual well-being or therapy sessions to other participants; tell Gabriel about any faintness or any physical/psycho-emotional disorder; feel free to take part or not in the group workshops; listen to and respect my body; not lock the bathroom door while showering or bathing; read this list again just before coming to the retreat.

General terms and conditions

A registration is taken into account once the complete file has been received and validated by Gabriel Lesquoy; payment of a $200 registration fee, non-refundable, upon validation, then 30% of the total price (minus the $200 already paid) no later than April 1, 2027, 50% of the total price (minus the 30% already paid) no later than July 9, 2027, and the balance no later than October 1, 2027. Cancellation: apart from the $200 registration fee (never refunded), full refund more than 3 months before (before July 9, 2027), 50% refund between 3 months and 1 month before, no refund during the last month. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Costa Rica.
